You have a strong technical background with hands-on coding experience (familiarity with Java, Spring and Angular an advantage), either as a developer or in a sales engineer or product management capacity.

You are comfortable running customer interviews and surveys, analysing metrics and researching market and competitive trends. You are particularly adept at synthesizing these inputs into requirements and specification documentation.

Have experience working with and inspiring remote development teams to deliver.

Work with stakeholders and Development Team to agree product roadmap, manage sprints and prioritise backlog based on business and customer impact.

Lead retrospectives and planning meetings.

Own departmental processes and ensure adherence to development and information security standards.

See yourself as a problem solver, able to think creatively to remove obstacles.

You are comfortable evangelising your products, including authoring blogs, technical tutorials, webinars and more.

Skills required:

Product management, product owner or other software development experience

Experience in leading a team of Developers

Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects

Experience in agile software development methodologies

Experience in requirements capture, project phasing and estimation

Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks

Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges

Self-starter, comfortable working remotely without routine supervision

A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies

Understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies

Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external stakeholders

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

An analytical mind with strong problem-solving capabilities

Great attention to detail

Business-level speaking/reading/writing in English
