It's a high pressure role so you may be asked to work across multiple projects.
• Experienced in the delivery of a full range of projects, especially experience of complex
web builds with high traffic volumes and native mobile app builds.
• Experience of load/stress and penetration/security testing, together with thorough
cross-platform quality assurance, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards compliance
and user acceptance testing.
• Experience of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and has
an understanding of how these can be implemented within an agency environment.
• Highly skilled at project cost estimations, scoping, project reconciliations and
identifying solutions for out-of-scopes requirements.
• Highly skilled at resource management, project planning, and experience using Azure
and other cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Ability to make sound commercial and financial decisions, quickly understand
problems, propose solutions and prevent issues before they arise.
• A team-player, a great collaborator who is eager to provide insight and receive
feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with our clients, partners and third-party suppliers.
• Work closely with different disciplines: strategy, UX, data, testers, creatives,
designers and the client services teams to deliver value cost effectively.
• Ensure all project output has gone through thorough quality checks before it is
presented to the client or handed over to third parties.
• Maintain the project status and ensure its accuracy on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with the Resource Manager to secure and confirm resource, always
anticipating future resource requirements.
• Has experience delivery omnichannel campaign activation (digital and print).
