We need an events executive with 1-2 years professional experience, ideally agency background, to help us organise, manage and run virtual and hybrid events for our clients.

Tasks would include the following:
-planning events - timeline planning, project management, managing clients and stakeholders, reviewing designs and event pages
-event platform management - using our proprietary event CMS to setup and manage event pages and content, registration management and logistics
-live event support - show calling, helpdesk attendee support, live polls, chat moderation
-reporting - providing live and post-event reports to clients

This may involve some out of hours support, such as evenings and weekends.
