We are looking for a superstar Freelance UI Designer with brand experience to work closely with our development team. We are looking for an individual with UI design skills with 3+ years’ experience and a strong knowledge of building within Figma.

Currently, this is a 3-week contract based on what we believe the requirements to be for this project, starting from the last week of February.

This position involves working closely with the website development team and collaborating with colleagues in branding and content.

You will be tasked with working on refreshing design elements such as buttons, icons, page content components based on an existing wireframe and using new brand guidelines. Both independently or within a team you will be responsible for contributing to the final visual interface for a new website across multiple regions.

Essential Requirements

• Highly talented and hard-working Visual UI Designer with 3+ years’ experience
• Holds strong knowledge and experience of designing full websites in Figma
• A keen eye for detail and keenness to take direction from a team
• Has the understanding of the responsive design and how this is developed through columns and stacking in Figma
• Embraces the ability to take direction and expand on UI elements from existing Figma designs
• Be able to work with visual brand guidelines to translate wireframes to fully ready to develop designs
• Understanding of modular design restrictions
• Able to create beautiful visual UI design aligning to templated pages
• Ability to formulate designs efficiently, confidently and always at a high standard
• Highly organised. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Able to develop design concepts into high-quality design solutions
• Confident in understanding where UX may need work
• Ability to think quickly on your feet, solving design challenges with the support of a team
• Self¬ motivated with the ability to work and make decisions independently
• Have an incredible eye for detail and obsessive attention across typography, design and layout

Start Date: 25th February
NB: It may be necessary for you to work weekends in order to facilitate delivery on this project
Expected Day rate: £400
