A Multi National training and events company, with offices around the world. Live Training Events / Webinar Virtual Coordination and Event Management Support (UK Timezone / GMT +4)
• Hosting live webinars / training programmes
• Formatting of slides and training materials in conjunction with an SME
• Acting technical support for live training events - event set-up (microsoft teams, zoom, webex) learner support, trainer support, breakout room creation, polls, questionnaires, assessment mgt,
• Adhoc admin support where needed Applicants must have English as a first language or suitable capability inboth written and spoken communication.
Marketing communication and copywriting experience is a bonus. Applicants must have experience of working in a training / consulting environment and comfortable communicating to leaders in their fields like professors, business heads and published authors.
Customer focused, calm under pressure and experience with all virtual delivery platforms, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a quiet space where live-virtual event hosting can be executed without interruption.
Will award work based on personality / attitude / desire to do well so if not all of the above boxes are ticked then we'll happily provide further support / training to the right partner/s.
Early estimate of time for this project is 20-40 hours, may extend however.
