**You must have:**
* NodeJS / Express top skills. We will test your skills to inspect and ask about your most advanced pieces of code and finally ask to write a test code! Are you really a top JavaScript/EspressJS superhero? Of course, you must use a nice strategy pattern and a modular code.
* Experience with PHP / Laravel. It will be an advantage if you know [http://*********.**]http://*********.**) too but not required.
* Experience in working for different companies/teams before.
* Good spoken and written English (MUST!)
* Good understanding of business needs and ability to think a smart, fast and easy solution for those needs.
* Able to deliver rapid API development, create data models, deliver flexible/reusable components,
* We classify developers into class 1, class 2 & class 3. Class 3 developers need babysitting all the time and you must check everything they do and often fix their bugs yourself. We never work with such people! Number 2 developers deliver what is ordered and that's it. They're usually younger. We use them to do time-consuming simple tasks to save costs as their salary is lower.
