We are a digital social enterprise which connects high-potential school students from low-income backgrounds with undergraduate mentors. Our undergraduates then mentor those students through our digital app http://*****.**) where they connect through one-to-one video sessions.
We're looking to build a bulk upload tool on a separate subdomain of our website http://*****.**) which would allow website users to bulk upload (through file manager or drag and drop) an Excel / CSV file containing names and email addresses which, upon submission, would send a pre-defined email to those emails from our Sendgrid server.
At the moment, school students sign up to our web app directly through our website http://*****.**). However, we would like to create an easy way for teachers at state schools to bulk refer their most talented students. Therefore we would like to build a mini application onto a separate subdomain http://*****.**) which we can send to those teachers to automate this task. The bulk upload tool will send an email to the students referred telling them they've been 'talent spotted' and include a call-to-action button to sign up on http://*****.**
Our existing website is built through Craft CMS and has a well-defined stylesheet and web branding guidelines. We also have a couple of design references of how we'd like to the bulk upload tool to work.
