I need someone who is willing to do some part time http://*******.*** CRM support along with reconfiguring to meet a change in business use, experience with http://*******.*** CPQ would be a bonus but not essential.



Mostly will be remote working via teams, with the odd visit to site Richmond/Kingston based



Key deliverables

Resolving point issues with http://*******.*** CRM
Assisting in assessment of current configuration basic sales use (leads through accounts to opportunity to quote and order along with basic financial reporting)
Providing advice and reconfiguring to use, customising forms, adding fields etc


Profile and experience

3 years + http://*******.*** sales cloud CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client facing
Self-starter and well organised
Good problem solver
