need help with WPML translation WordPress plugin setup

Wordpress WPML WordPress development wordpress ekspert + 1

I've setup WPML on my site http://*********.** The site uses the theme "Flatsome". I've done most of it (I think!) but there are things I don't understand and which I need help with. For example, some text from pages is not showing in "translation" so I can't translate it. Also blogs are not showing. Probably a few more questions along the way.

So I'm looking for someone who can give me adhoc support (paid hourly).
